Pumpkin filling
Either you can use a can of pumpkin flesh or if you prefear to do it yourself like me. Just slice up a small hokaido pumkin the night before and add it with 2 tsp of neutral oil for 15-20 minutes into you oven on 180°C. Let it cool over night.

Ingredients: (5 toast)
100g of pumpkin filling
2 Eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla sugar
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of clove powder
5 toast slices
butter for frying
Lets start cooking:

Take all slices of toast out of the bag, so that they lose a little moister
In a blender, place the 100g of pumpkin and the eggs blend thill smooth
Transfer everything into a wide bowl
Now start incorporating milk and spices into the mixture
Each of the toast slices should sit 30 seconds in the mix until the soaked up quite a bit of liquid
In a pan melt some butter and start frying the toast until it is golden-brown on both sides
Serve with some maple syrup and a slice of butter
