In my student days, this was my go to recipe. Simple, easy and very tasty.
The best thing is that it barely cost anything and can be repeated for more than just one day. It's perfect as a side dish but of course, if you make more it's also a great main dish.

Useful ingredient information:
Gialla
Is paprika that mostly grows at the beginning of summer. Through its neutral taste, it matches perfectly with spices and strong cheeses like Emmentaler or Cheddar cheese.
Emmentaler
Is a hard cheese from Switzerland. Depending on which country you buy it from it can be more or less intense in taste. A good alternative is a mild white cheddar.
Ingredients: (serving 1 Person)
3 paprika Gialla
Emmentaler cheese
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fresh or dried parsley
olive oil
Let's start cooking:
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Wash the paprika it cut them in half on the long side
Cut out the seeds and wash the inside so that the seeds don't stick anywhere
Dry the inside with a paper towel
Prepare a tray with a baking sheet and place them on it with the open side facing upwards
Now add the Emmentaler cheese, make sure to push it into the corners
Add all of the seasonings, I prefer a little more garlic powder
Now drizzle a little olive oil over the paprika
Place the tray into the oven for about 15- 20 minutes
When the cheese starts to brown then it's perfect
Enjoy!
