Are you hungover, sick or just lazy then this recipe will be what you have been looking for. Sometimes your just so exhausted you dont wanna cook and ordering would be to expensive. I feel you thats why i love to make this soup expecially when im hungover.
It will take you like 5 minutes and you only need 4 ingridients.

Ingridients:
1 pack / 250g of glass nodels
1 large spring onion
1 cube of either beef broth (or veggi broth)
1 tsp of sesame seed oil
Lets start cooking:
In a pot bring 500ml of water to a boil
Add in you beef broth as per package instuctions or if you have fresh broth thats great too
Throw in your glass noodels and let them cook for 4-5 minutes
If you have a cold you can also drop in a few slices of ginger
Turn off the heat, stir in you sesame seed oil and finley chopped spring onions
Let everything sit with the lid on top for 2-3 minutes
By preference serve with sesame seeds and a little bit of choped parsely
